As soon as the goods protrude beyond the pallet, additional protection against knocks and scratches is required. Ideally, however, any protrusion should be avoided altogether.
Unloading note in case of oversize
Please note that our driver cannot load shipments of this size independently with the pallet jack and tail lift. The maximum dimensions for loading and unloading with a tail lift are 240 x 120 x 230 cm and 1000 kg per package. In addition, loading and unloading on site must be guaranteed.
Information on shipping cardboard boxes
A cardboard box or comparable package weighing up to 30 kg can be shipped without a pallet. From 30 kg, the shipment must be handed over on a pallet or made accessible from underneath by means of cardboard or wooden runners on the box. Failure to comply with the packaging guidelines may result in additional costs for returns or repackaging.

A wooden crate, flight case or comparable package can be shipped up to 30 kg without a pallet. Packaging note for loose packages
Please note that a loose packages may weigh a maximum of 30 kg. Goods weighing more than 30 kg must be packaded and handled on a pallet.
Please also note that the goods must be packed securely for transportation. Furniture and moving goods cannot be sent as bulky goods. Failure to comply with the packaging guidelines may result in additional costs due to return or repacking.
Information on bike shipping
When shipping bicycles and e-bikes, it is essential to ensure that the packaging is safe for transport. Among other things, a new and sturdy bicycle box must be used for shipping. Shipping multiple packages
From 7 packages, your goods can no longer be shipped individually through the groupage freight network. A pallet should be used to ensure that the goods can be loaded and unloaded transport-safe.
Please note that the packages must have already been stacked by the shipper. Stacking is not carried out by us.
